Eligibility & Timeframe

We gladly accept returns and exchanges for eligible items within 15 days of you receiving your order. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unworn, in its original condition, and include all original tags, certificates, and packaging. It must also be accompanied by the original proof of purchase.

Please Note: Due to the intimate nature of certain fine jewelry items, for hygiene reasons, earrings (including Diamond Huggie Earrings, Diamond Hoop Earrings, Diamond Chandelier Earrings, etc.) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they are defective or incorrect upon arrival.

The Return & Exchange Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Within the 15-day window, please email our customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and details about the item you wish to return or exchange.
  2. Receive Instructions: We will respond promptly with a Returns Authorization Number and detailed instructions on how and where to safely ship your item back to us. Returns sent without prior authorization cannot be processed.
  3. Ship the Item: Carefully package the item in its original packaging, include all documentation, and mail it to the address we provide. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as you are responsible for the item until it reaches our facility.
  4. Inspection & Processing: Once we receive your return, our quality assurance team will inspect the item to ensure it meets our return conditions. Upon approval, we will process your refund or exchange.

Refund Timelines & Methods

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • Credit/Debit Card (Visa, MasterCard, JCB) & PayPal: Please allow 5-10 business days after we process your return for the refund to appear on your statement. The processing time depends on your financial institution.

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the standard shipping cost to send your new item to you.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will apologize for the error and arrange for a prepaid shipping label for you to return the item. We will expedite a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
