We are proud to offer international shipping to our global clientele (excluding Asia and a few select remote regions).

Order Processing: All orders are meticulously hand-prepared and undergo a rigorous quality check. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing before your item is shipped.

Shipping Methods & Timelines:

  • Standard Shipping (Fee: $12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx. Delivery occurs within 10-15 business days after shipment.
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50, shipped via EMS. Delivery occurs within 15-25 business days after shipment.

You will receive a tracking notification via email once your order has been dispatched, allowing you to follow its journey to you.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Your complete satisfaction is our utmost priority. We understand that acquiring a piece from our collection is a significant and personal decision. If your purchase does not meet your expectations, we offer a refined and straightforward returns process.

Eligibility & Timeframe

We gladly accept returns and exchanges for eligible items within 15 days of you receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be:

  • Unworn and in its original, pristine condition.
  • Included with all original tags, certificates, and packaging.
  • Accompanied by the original proof of purchase.

Important Note on Final Sale Items:

Due to the intimate nature of fine jewelry and for imperative hygiene reasons, all earrings are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive defective or incorrect. This includes, but is not limited to: Diamond Huggie Earrings, Diamond Hoop Earrings, Diamond Chandelier Earrings, Diamond Cluster Earrings, Diamond Drop Earrings, Diamond Halo Earrings, Diamond Heart Earrings, and Black Diamond Earrings.

The Return & Exchange Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Within the 15-day window, please email our dedicated customer service team at [email protected] with your order number and details about the item you wish to return or exchange.
  2. Receive Instructions: We will respond promptly with a Returns Authorization (RA) Number and detailed instructions on how and where to safely ship your item back to us. Returns sent without prior authorization cannot be processed.
  3. Ship the Item: Carefully package the item in its original packaging, include all documentation, and mail it to the address we provide. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, as you are responsible for the item until it reaches our facility.
  4. Inspection & Processing: Once received, our quality assurance team will inspect the item. Upon approval, we will process your refund or exchange immediately.

Refund Timelines & Methods

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

  • Credit/Debit Card (Visa, MasterCard, JCB) & PayPal: Please allow 5-10 business days after we process your return for the refund to appear on your account statement. The final processing time depends on your financial institution.

Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the standard shipping cost to send your new item to you.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at [email protected]. We will sincerely apologize for the error and arrange for a prepaid shipping label for you to return the item. We will expedite a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
