4. Order and Payment Terms

Order Processing: All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason. Orders are meticulously hand-prepared and undergo rigorous quality checks, requiring 1-2 business days for processing before shipment.

Payment Methods: We accept Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal. Payment is processed at the time of order placement.

Pricing: All prices are listed in US dollars. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time, but such changes will not affect orders already accepted.

5. Shipping and Delivery

We ship internationally, excluding Asia and select remote regions.

• Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx. Delivery within 10-15 business days after shipment.
• Free Shipping: Available on orders over $50 via EMS. Delivery within 15-25 business days after shipment.

You will receive a tracking notification via email once your order has been dispatched. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed, as they may be affected by factors beyond our control.

6. Returns and Exchanges

We accept returns and exchanges for eligible items within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible:

• Items must be unworn and in original, pristine condition
• All original tags, certificates, and packaging must be included
• Original proof of purchase must accompany the return

Final Sale Items: Due to hygiene reasons, all earrings (including Diamond Huggie, Hoop, Chandelier, Cluster, Drop, Halo, Heart, and Black Diamond Earrings) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective or incorrect.

Return Process: To initiate a return or exchange, contact our customer service at [email protected] within the 15-day window. We will provide a Returns Authorization number and instructions. Returns without prior authorization cannot be processed.

Refunds: Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days after we process your return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
